Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Bring the goodness of soy to a classic family favourite.
| Ingredients | ||
| 1 cup | 250 ml | Silk Unsweetened or Silk Original, Warmed |
| 2 tablespoons | 30 ml | Butter or margarine (optional) |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, peeled | |
| 5 to 6 | Potatoes, peeled and chopped | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Preparation
Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the butter, warm Silk, salt and pepper. Mash by hand or using an electric mixer. Serves 4.
